Obalo is a unique creation that fully expresses the essence and distinctive fruitiness of Riojan Tempranillo, whilst maintaining a mouthfeel and structure more usually associated with more modern styled wines.

Tasting Note

Bright violet. Intensely perfumed bouquet displays blackberry, violet, dark chocolate, anise and tobacco. It shows ripe yet fresh dark berry and cherry flavours along with a firm mineral backbone. It has a vibrant finish that is focused and lingering with floral and spicy qualities.

Food Pairing

It is a perfect match with steak, roast chicken, pasta and rice dishes as well as great with tapas and Manchego cheese.
